Trouble finding workers in Idaho? Yes. We don't have a medical school in Idaho, so all the physicians come from outside the state. Competition for many medical professionals is fierce. We continue to seek quality staff outside the state for roles as Pharmacists, Physical Therapists, Medical Imaging, IT, and Oncology related professionals.
